Telecom & VoIP benchmarks
What business communication actually costs — published list rates we track across 17 vendors, dated observations of price changes, and the discount context that turns list prices into real ones. No pay-to-play numbers, no "request pricing to find out."
Statistics — numbered & citable
The headline numbers as citable statistics: seat costs, list-vs-street discounts, renewal inflation — each with an ID, an observation date and a source, plus pre-approved expert quotes for attribution.
Price per seat, by platform
Entry-tier published list rates for every UCaaS and CCaaS platform we review — from 13 UC platforms and 4 contact center products, with links to full reviews.
Renewal inflation tracker
Dated observations of list-price changes across major platforms. When a vendor raises rates, it lands here — with the renewal-defense playbook to match.
Methodology — what these numbers are (and aren't)
- Published list rates, observed 2026-09 and dated. List is what vendors advertise — contracted pricing is quote-based and moves with volume, term and competition.
- Change tracking, not snapshots. The tracker records dated observations so price moves are visible over time, not just a single moment.
- Negotiated market medians are coming. As anonymized deal data accumulates from advisor-brokered quotes (with k-anonymity thresholds), this hub adds the number that matters even more than list: what businesses actually sign for.
